How Coral Data Lab handles personal data on this website and during the Coral Briefs beta. Updated September 2026.

Controller and contact

Alberto Martínez, an individual operating under the Coral Data Lab trade name, is the controller. Coral Data Lab is not an incorporated company. Contact: [email protected].

Data, purpose and legal basis

We process contact details, correspondence, access and basic technical logs to answer requests, provide and secure the service, and improve reliability. The bases are contract steps, legitimate interests, consent where requested, and legal obligations.

Retention and deletion

We retain data only while needed for these purposes and applicable obligations. You may request deletion; backups expire on their normal secure cycle.

Providers and transfers

Hosting, email and model providers may process data as subprocessors. Where data leaves the EEA, we use a valid GDPR transfer mechanism such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to the AEPD or your local authority.

AI training, cookies and analytics

We do not use customer content to train our own general-purpose models. Provider use is governed by our service arrangements. This site currently uses only essential storage and no advertising cookies; we will update this notice before adding optional analytics.
